Want a healthy yoni? Tip #5: Make conscious connections!

Want a Healthy Yoni? Tip #5: Make Conscious Connections!

Typically, our yonis have four distinct types of interactions. First, there is the relationship we each individually have with our yoni.  The second is what we use to maintain our yonis for personal care and health, i.e. products we use while menstruating (pads, tampons, etc.). It also includes douches, hormone therapy that is applied http://www.dreamstime.com/royalty-free-stock-photography-teenage-girl-undergarments-thinking-things-related-to-adolescence-puberty-image44371557vaginally, tools used during a gynecology visit, and/or anything used for medicinal purposes.

The third is sexual interaction, whether it is a partner, choice of contraception, or anything that comes in contact with your yoni while being sexual. And lastly, are social interactions, i.e. where your yoni is in water (the beach, or in a hot tub).

Next month spotlights each of these four categories at length, so that we can be conscious of the factors to improve our yoni health.  Stay tuned for the ovulation blog in 2 weeks!
