In-person appointments take place at:
12 Park Street, Brooklyn, New York 11206
Bond Collective (between Beaver Street and Broadway)
Visits are by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted.
Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive instructions for accessing the building.
Yes.
Virtual consultations are available for individuals who prefer to work together remotely or who do not live in New York.
During a virtual session we review your health history, symptoms, lifestyle patterns, and wellness goals through the lens of Eastern medicine. Based on this assessment, you will receive personalized recommendations that may include dietary guidance, herbal support, acupressure, lifestyle adjustments, and other holistic practices.
Your initial consultation is a thoughtful, multi-step process designed to help us understand your health as a whole.
Step 1: Intake Form
After scheduling your appointment, you will receive an intake form where you can share details about your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, and goals.
Step 2: Practitioner Review
Before we meet, I carefully review your intake so I can begin identifying patterns and areas that may need deeper exploration.
Step 3: Consultation
During our session, we will discuss your health history in more detail. I may ask additional questions to clarify symptoms and better understand how different systems in the body are interacting.
When appropriate, I also use traditional Eastern medicine diagnostics and meridian imaging to help identify underlying patterns affecting your health.
Step 4: Personalized Plan
Based on everything we review together, I develop a personalized plan designed to support your health from the root. This may include acupuncture, lifestyle recommendations, herbal support, or other integrative approaches depending on your needs and comfort level.
This process allows us to take a comprehensive view of your health and create a path forward that is tailored specifically to you.
My practice has supported women's health for over 20 years.
Common areas of support include:
• perimenopause and menopause
• hormonal imbalance
• uterine fibroids
• menstrual concerns
• fatigue and burnout
• stress and nervous system imbalance
• digestive health
• sleep challenges
Many women seek care during times of transition when the body needs deeper support and recalibration.
Many women seek acupuncture and Eastern medicine for support during these phases of life.
Care is focused on helping the body restore balance, regulate internal systems, and improve overall well-being. Depending on the individual, this may support areas such as:
• hormonal balance
• menstrual regularity
• energy levels
• stress response
• sleep quality
Each person’s experience is unique, and care is tailored to your specific patterns and needs.
No.
While acupuncture is one of the tools I use for in-person care, it is not required.
For in-person visits, alternative options may include:
• laser acupuncture (a needle-free option)
• ear seeds or magnets
In addition, care—whether in-person or virtual—may include:
• herbal medicine
• targeted supplements
• lifestyle guidance
• nutrition guidance
• acupressure
• Qi Gong
If you are uncomfortable with needles, we can absolutely work with approaches that feel right for you.
I do not accept insurance.
All services are self-pay at the time of your visit.
After your session, you will automatically receive a receipt, which you may use when speaking with your accountant or tax preparer about potential medical expense deductions.
If you would like to seek reimbursement through your insurance provider, you may request a superbill at your visit.
Superbills are provided for individual visits and are not issued retroactively in bulk.
Reimbursement depends on your individual insurance plan.
