Family planning/contraception is one of the most important aspects of a woman’s life. There are so many options out there, from sponges to IUD’s, the pill, to condoms and diaphragms. What you choose should be based on a few things. First, it is essential that it doesn’t negatively impact your yoni. If you notice any irritation, or extra not-so-good-smelling discharge after using a particular contraceptive method, your yoni is trying to tell you something. It may be time to consider another option. Secondly, it goes without saying that, unless you are 1000% sure that you are in a monogamous relationship, using a condom is essential to prevent the potential of getting a sexually transmitted disease. And most importantly, contraception is all about consistency. Whatever you use, use it ALL of the time. If you’d like to get creative, take a sculpting class because contraception is NOT the place!
So again for the right relationship for your yoni and family planning, make sure your method is good for your yoni, protect her and you with condoms (unless you are 1000% sure you are the only one), and be consistent. Enjoy!
