Your Girl’s Grocery List: Eating for a Healthy Yoni

August Blog Yoni DietFor you and your yoni to be healthy, it is essential to eat a clean diet. Flushing your system out by drinking plenty of water is also vital. This is important any time of year, but can be of particular importance during the summer, and if you are someone with a history of yeast infections.

To cure a yeast infection, or prevent them all together, two of the most important things you can do is eliminate white flour and sugar. These substances create an environment that yeast thrive on. It is like making your extra room real comfy for a guest that you want to get rid of.

Excessive fruits, yeast-containing foods, processed foods, cheese, fermented foods (lactofermented is fine), soy sauce, smoking, alcohol, and caffeine can all contribute to a sick yoni. You can still have fruit, but pick fruits that are low in sugar, such as raspberries, blackberries, strawberries and avocado. Additional foods that can be helpful are dandelions, tops of carrots and beets, barley, garlic, and mung beans. More to come!
