Scheduler: A Must Have!

YB Sept Blog Scheduler 2015Now that we’ve got our clothes and backpack for our yoni back to school list, we need our scheduler. In school we needed a scheduler to know which class to go to, but for our yoni health, a scheduler is just as, if not more important. Keeping track of your cycle is very important for many reasons. Some of these reasons include being able to note changes in your cycle that may indicate shifts in your health, knowing your fertile time to help bring or avoid pregnancy, and the ability to work preventively, i.e., if you get certain health complaints around your cycle (to name a few).

The way you track your cycle, is about an individual preference, and style. When it really gets down to it, the most important thing is that you use a method that you will actually use. This is important because being  consistent is vital. (Click here to learn how to make sure that you are counting your days correctly, hint, many women think that they are, but find out that they aren’t, smile). There are many apps that can help to track your cycle, based on the phone operating system you have. I like My Cycles (available on iPhone), because of its ease of use, and its ability to track signs and symptoms based on where you are at in your cycle. Another great tracker is the Menstruation and Ovulation Calendar app. If you are old school and like tracking your cycle on paper, that’s great, any calendar will do. Cycle beads and the Lady Comp are also two excellent ways to track your cycle.
