Recipes for Food Lovers!

If you love food, like I do, you will enjoy the recipes that over the next few entries. These recipes emphasize whole foods, which are highly nutritious and thus excellent for your health. High quality grains are used, as lower quality can contribute to candida, which is a yoni enemy. The ingredients also help strengthen kidney energy which is important for seasonal attunement and health. Also, from an Asian Medicine standpoint, yoni health is strongly influenced by the health of the kidney energy.
Breakfast:
The Triple A: Amaranth, Almond Butter & Apple Slices

Ideally soak the amaranth overnight in water and 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar (if not, just cook in the morning). Rinse in the morning and add 4 cups water to 2 cup amaranth, bring to a boil, then simmer for 15-20 minutes. I like using my InstantPot, which has multiple settings, but I select the Rice setting for all my grains and it comes out quite good. The amount after cooking is approximately: 5 cups. Cut up an apple and decorate. Add a dollop or two of organic almond butter.
